"Waiting for Debugger" message

I cant open Osmand+ anymore because this message is on the start. I deinstalled an reinstalled but no change. Did I do wrong? Any hint how to solve?

From the maintain applications menu, please try to:

- export your favorites

- Stop the app

- remove all data (will not remove the maps and exported favorites, but will remove your favorites and settings from the app)

- uninstall the app

- reinstall the app

- export your favorites should of course take place from the OsmAnd app.
