Can this Osm2garminGUI just convert the osm.pbf file to img file?

Can this Osm2garminGUI  just convert the osm.pbf file to img file?
Because i had download the osm.pbf file from https://download.geofabrik.de/,
and i just want to convert the osm.pbf file to IMG file fastly , can the Osm2garminGUI do that ???

No. This is a specialized tool to process the entire planet file only.
