New meetup.com group: OpenStreetMap Portland!

Hi all,

I've just started a meetup.com group  - OpenStreetMap Portland. This is inspired by Seattle's long-running and very active meetup group, "OpenStreetMap Seattle," and made possible by TriMet, which bought a meetup.com account for this meetup and two others.

I'm aiming for a weeknight meeting sometime in the second week of each month to start. I hope to add some additional meetups and mapathons as we gain momentum.
