Bug found in osm-gps-map-image.c

The osm_gps_map_image_add() function was throwing errors:

g_value_get_float: assertion `G_VALUE_HOLDS_FLOAT (value)' failed

I traced it to the file: osm-gps-map-layer.c, where in
Line 207:   g_param_spec_int   should be   g_param_spec_float
