Fosm api server back online

Hi All,

The api server is back online.

Both http: and https: are usable.

There is no fancy website yet.

There are no maps yet.

Hi All,

This is a complete update.

Now running on ubuntu 20.04.5

Postgresql/postgis 12

pycrocosm/pgmap as at 14/11/2022.

Website is now running again, with static tiles from 2020.  Only to
about zoom 12.

Map database being rebuilt as I type.  Hopefully back online by sunday. 
Still need to complete mapnik, renderd etc when the database is reloaded.

Coastline updates, planet dumps, map minutely updates still to come.

I'll send you a separate email off list with some corrections to the
readme for pycrocosm and pgmap I found when installing.

Hi All,

Map server is back online.

Currently updating by minutely diffs.  Should be complete by Sunday.

There may be times when both the api and map server are not available
during the next week while I fine tune things.

Still have automatic coastline generation and planet dumps to sort.

May well be just a timing issue as it's been offline a couple of times after I sent the first email.

Should be alright for the next 24 hours as I'm updating the map database and will not be taking the api offline during that time.

If it occurs before 18:00 AEDT Saturday 19th let me know.

Fixed.

However there's no need for api.fosm.org/api/capabilities it can be just fosm.org/api/capabilities.

Also there is https access as well.

I hadn't updated JOSM since it was originally setup.
