I've made OsmAnd obf map extracts of UK, Ireland and Australia from the
fosm.org project.
Place files on your mobile device in the folder
/Android/data/net.osmand/files
https://archive.org/details/fosm-extracts-in-osmand-obf-format-nov-2020
If people are interested in additional areas, I can look in to that.
