We are doing our best to get as many street names as possible to OSM in order to be able to respond to the text messages we are getting from Haiti.

The best possibility is to get Haitians or to log on to openStreetmaps.org and edit road names.

One of the other possibilities is to approach Haitians with printed maps and have them write the names and then  update the names on OSM.
