There was raised the topic in OSMAnd forum
of proper OSM marking of temporary closed roads.

It was adviced against highway=construction ( supposed for new roads )
and usually adviced hard access=no.

There has been recently good post,
that OSM specification addresses it by conditional access.

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Conditional_restrictions

E.g. for the road closed from apr 10 to apr 22
it should be like this: access:conditional=no @ (apr 10 - apr 22)

I have raised a doubt OSM navigations may do not process it properly.
I suppose it would be very hard to address it
due syntax complexity and variability of possible values.

What is Brouter status regarding access:conditional= tag ?
Lookups.dat values for tag access= does not seem to count with it.

OTOH, one can occasionally "hit the wall".
