shoulder in OSM en BRouter

Hey,

I will make a velomobile profile that prefers roads with a variable-access or breakdown lane. In OSM it is tag shoulder=yes/left/right/both or cycleway=shoulder. Lookup.dat knows only "cycleway;0000000344 shoulder". But the tag shoulder = yes/left/right/both is used much more often than only 344 times in Germany. Is it possible to add the tag shoulder to lookup.dat ?

The tag 'shoulder' is added to the next lookup.dat
