Moving Brouter to SD card

Hi,

I need help with moving BROUTER with OSMand to SD card.

Brouter does not see the favourites from OsmAnd.
Did I skipped some needed steps?

Hi Jozef,

sorry for answering late. Pointing to the OsmAnd Base Directory via storageconfig.txt/additional_mapttool_dir should work,
however, in your file-manager screenshot, OsmAnd is not there.

Standard Konfig for 4.4/external should be:
- BRouter Base is INTERNAL
- sorageconfig.txt (in internal segments3-dir) points secondary_segment_dir + additional_maptool_dir
- OsmAnd BAse is EXTERNAL (Android/data/..)
- "brouter.redirect" in osmand/tracks points to a writable directory

Hi,

the default external sd-card osmand directory is Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files but if you give brouter this directory it is looking in Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files/osmand. I changed the osmand directory to Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files/osmand and left the directory for brouter as Android/data/net.osmand.plus/files.

If your phone are rooted, then the easiest solution by far is to use an app called foldermount to move anything you want to sdcard.

I successfully installed OsmAnd on External SD card. I created pull request to add info to kitkat_survival_readme.txt learned by your post.
