How route_bicycle_lcn is affected ?

I make a very short route to see why I have different cost on similar ways.

Here is my small route :

You can see that the cost is different on one way, with 4100 at the beginning, and 2600 when returning.
The 2 ways are exactly the same on OSM, but on brouter, only the last one has the tag "route_bicycle_lcn"
Why this?

The ways may be similar in their tags but only one of them is connected to the relation of the cycle route.
Please see the bike route as a 'tourist' information not as a routing instruction.
I'm glad to see that the route follows the street and not the bike route.

Ok, I think I understand, with this relation missing on the first one :

I will correct that on OSM, as it's not correct at least for the first part.

I don't really understand your second points about the street and the bike route. There is only 1 feature containing both no ? Sorry, I'm not expert also on OSM.
