Erweiterung der Routenoptionen in BRouter

Hallo,

zunächst möchte ich mich für die geniale Weboberfläche bedanken. Das Konzept samt deren Einfachheit überzeugt sofort und daher freut es mich eine Alternative zu GPSies gefunden zu haben.

Denn wie viele wissen, hat GPSies seinen Dienst mitlerweile eingestellt. Zwar gibt es jetzt mit dem Zusammenschluss von Alltrails eine Alternative. Die Routenplanung dort ist aber schier eine Katastrophe.

Zwei Funktionen vermisse ich aber noch:

- In GPSies gab es die Möglichkeit eine Route hochzuladen und dann WEITER zu bearbeiten. Hier konnte ich mit der Maus z.B. einfach den rechten Teil der Route markieren (Rechteckiges Fenster) und alle markierten Punkte innerhalb des Rahmens löschen.

- Ebenfalls konnte ich die hochgeladene Route erweitern bzw. dort weiter machen, wo ich aufgehört hatte.

Derzeit ist es so, dass mit der Laden Funktion zwar Touren tatsächlich hochgeladen werden können. Dann wird mir die Route aber nur als blaue Linie in der Karte angezeigt. Bearbeiten kann ich die Route aber nicht.

Ich fahre viel MTB und erstelle mir gerne verschiedene Abschnitte, welche ich dann, je nach Wetterlage und Jahreszeit dann gerne im Baukastenprinzip zusammenstelle oder auch mal variiere.

Ebenfalls fahre ich gerne nur grob eine Strecke, welche ich noch nicht kenne. Daheim lade ich mir dann die gpx Route auf meine Polar oder Strava Seite. Von hier aus bearbeite ich Sie dann gerne weiter. Denn jetzt weiss ich ja, welche Abschnitte schön oder gar unfahrbar waren etc. Es wäre daher hilfreich, wenn man Touren nicht nur hochladen, sondern auch weiterverarbeiten könnte. Nachstehende Funktionen wären daher super:

- Merge Funktion (Hochgeladene Tour weiterverarbeiten und und zu einer neuen verschmelzen)

- Bearbeiten Funktion (Sektionen Löschen, Mit der Maus bereiche Auswählen welche gelöscht werden können)

- Ziehamonika Effekt Funktion um mitten in der Route Veränderungen bzw. Erweiterungen einzuarbeiten

Wahrscheinlich müsste für so eine mögliche Bearbeitung eine Umwandlung erfolgen. Es müsste daher die Option geben eine hochgeladene Tour/Route zu konvertieren (Dass sollte ja leicht möglich sein) so dass diese dann genauso aussieht, wie wenn man die Route von Anfang an mit BRouter selbst erstellt hätte.

Wenn diese Funktionen noch möglich wären, wäre BRouter nahezu unschlagbar.

Hello,

first of all I would like to thank you for the ingenious web interface. The concept and its simplicity is immediately convincing and therefore I am happy to have found an alternative to GPSies.
As many people know, GPSies has stopped its service in the meantime. With the merger of Alltrails there is now an alternative. But the route planning there is almost a catastrophe.


But there are two functions I still miss:

- In GPSies there was the possibility to upload a route and then continue editing it. Here I could e.g. simply mark the right part of the route with the mouse (rectangular window) and delete all marked points within the frame.
- I could also extend the uploaded route or continue where I left off.


At the moment it is so that with the load function tours can actually be uploaded. But then the route is only shown as a blue line on the map. But I cannot edit the route.

I ride a lot of MTB and like to create different sections, which I then, depending on weather conditions and season, like to put together in a modular system or vary them.
I also like to ride only a rough route, which I do not know yet. At home I load the gpx route onto my Polar or Strava page. From here I will gladly work on it further. Because now I know which sections were beautiful or even impassable etc. So it would be helpful if you could not only upload tours, but also process them further. The following functions would therefore be great:

- Merge function (process the uploaded tour and merge it into a new one)
- Edit function (Delete sections, Select with the mouse areas which can be deleted)
- Ziehamonika effect function to incorporate changes or extensions in the middle of the route

Probably a conversion would have to be made for such a possible processing. So there would have to be an option to convert an uploaded tour/route (which should be easy to do) so that it would look exactly as if you had created the route yourself with BRouter from the beginning.

If these functions were still possible, BRouter would be almost unbeatable.

Nice to hear. The question is, how many features can we add until it looses it's simplicity? And of course everyone has a different favorite feature that is just missing.

Converting a track back into a route (from/via/to waypoints) is actually not easy at all if you want to do it right, as a track usually has no indication where the original route waypoints were.

Thanks for describing your use case. I'm not sure about the editing part and the best way to reuse existing tracks. I created an issue, but can't promise anything:
