Generate random route automatically

 Hi! Could you help me with a question? I am trying to understand how can i use brouter via API to generate gpx-tracks, when i provide gps-coordinates of the star point and a radius of area in which i want track to end?

I am trying to solve a problem when a athlete wants to run a auto-generated route and give me his gps-coordinates and wanted lenght of the route. I am trying to build a service which can generate such routes based on Brouter data

You would have to be able to generate route points snapped to the OSM way network.

AFAIK, Menion as LocusMap developer created an experimental feature of some semi-manual generation of round trip for given distance.

I have to correct what Poutník wrote > this is something we also would like to do, but we didn't. 

What the Locus Map app does is using the online GraphHopper service for the "Circle random route generator", not the offline BRouter.

Until such a nice feature is implemented, I do it manually in the LocusMap route planner.

I choose the turning route point about 1/4 - 1/3 of the total desired distance from the start/destination
and then I choose 1 or more route points for each forward and return section for tuning the route distance.
