thanks for the report.
Usage limits for the Bing Maps Basic Account have been exceeded, I hoped
it would last a little longer. Unfortunately, the old version of the
Bing plugin I'm using lead to counting usage on page load instead of
layer activation.
Will need to replace Bing with another provider, probably Digital Globe.

http://openaerialmap.org/ might work for some things.
