I am looking for a method to obtain, from a given GPX track, a list of OSM ways that, together cover the GPX track.

The BRouter-web Data table does this, nearly. The only, and essential, thing that is missing, is the way IDs.

Has anyone created a variant of Brouter-web with that addition?

Why I am looking into this?

I would like to find, for a given track, all ways that are missing speed limits in OSM, or all ways that have no surface information.
