Another easy question

Hello All

My previous question had a simple answer.  Hopefully this one too.

I can load a gpx file, but it seems not to be editable.

I can create a new track following roads mostly.

Once I have created a track, I can edit it by adding or removing waypoint etc.

That is all good, except I would like a generalised back button, rather than just being able to remove the last point added.  Especially reverse deletion of a waypoint.

But the important thing I want to be able to do is:

Load an existing track, and edit that.

For example somebody suggests an itineraire.  I would like to make more or less minor tweaks, slightly change end points, choose different paths, add deviations.

Can somebody help me with this please.
