i am working on my thesis and i try to design an ax icon lens , i wonder if any one can help me

Hi, you can design axicon by using surface data. check special-polynomial asphere-symmetric cone.

if you want to design axicon by oslo, need to know CNS data, you can get some information by check help. :)
