Hello OSLER Residents,

A warm welcome to Rachel, Paola, and Willa who are the newest OSLER members! I also am including the PGY-1s so they are aware and can reach out to me if you would like to go ahead and say you plan to do OSLER.

I wanted to share some information/reminders with all of you prior to our next OSLER meeting (July 25).

• 1:1 Meetings: Please email me your availability for a 1:1 mentorship meeting with me to review your OSLER portfolio thus far.
  
  
• E4C Mentors:  Sign up and reach out to your E4C Mentor! To save you time, I have attached a sample introductory email that you are welcome to copy/paste/modify. I have also attached the E4C Calendar for this year. Please let Jena know with as much advance notice as possible which sessions you would like to teach so your schedule can be blocked.
  
  
• STFM Annual Spring Conference: Call for Submissions is now open! Deadline September 15, 2023. Please let me know if you would like to brainstorm your FCM project this year to help create a submittable presentation.
  
  
• Teaching session opportunity: I will be teaching suturing in-person to CSI (summer camp for high school students interested in medicine) on Monday, July 17 from 1-3 PM on campus in Alway M112. I will also be teaching on Monday, July 31 from 2-4 PM a suturing session on Zoom. Please let me and Jena know if you are available to join me to teach either session!
