Hi all,

Just a reminder to include this QR code in any talk that you give. I added in an option so that you can have Faculty and Peer Residents along with students evaluate you. I strongly encourage you to get feedback from faculty this way after you give a noon conference presentation. The same survey form can also be used to give to students who you precept in clinic or in the hospital as well. Let me know if you have any questions!
