We (Steve & I) are not going to renew the osjava.org domain name. I'm
also going to be closing down my slicehost instance at some point
soon, so am going to stop running the site and downloads for
osjava.org.

Generally my aim is to migrate the remaining items to code.google.
It's not much for websites, so a lot of downsizing is in order. It
handles downloads okay, but they all end up on the same page so I
think the direction I will go is to put the latest version for each
product.

I've dabbled with splintering projects off on their own, but I think
I'll delete the projects I created. The reality is that the loss of
the osjava.org and generationjava.com SEO will end the tiny spark of
life that led a few to be used.

I've added/am-adding the important contents of dist.osjava.org as
https://osjava.googlecode.com/svn/dist.

Noting that I've placed the latest download zip and source zip of each
project in the Downloads section. I've also started copying some of
the web pages over as wiki pages.

www.dimsumcoding.com will point to the old website until it gets turned off.

I guess it wasn't very active.

I'll probably migrate my stuff to my own site, I have more than enough bandwidth at home for hosting stuff these days. Not that I ever have time to do my own site, but I think that's going to change.

Sounds fine to me.

In hindsight, the 'java' name/scope always put a limit on the interest
that would be maintained. If we were to do it all gain, I would argue
for a generic name related to a group of developers and not what they
were developing. "Internation-Escapees", except that limits things too
:)
