Is it possible to move an osirix database to Dropbox so that I can view my database on multiple computers?

Yes, you can create a database in Dropbox

You can also share this with others !

Constant syncing of multiple files may overrun your hard disk though !

I can see copying it and doing that, but is there a way to set the location of the database that Osirix uses as being contained in Dropbox?  I use Macs, so the Osirix database resides in Documents at this time.

Create a new folder in Dropbox

Name it as Shared (or whatever)

Open osirix - file from menu bar - create new database

Point to the folder you created in Dropbox

You will find a new database created there seen under albums and sources

Warm Regards

Sameer
