Can any one help?

I have downloaded some nuclear medicine studies onto Osirix. However, they are always displayed as a white image on a black background. I am able to change this to black on white but, if I move between series, I need to keep on resetting the display. Is there some way of fixing in the settings how nuclear medicine studies are displayed?
