how can i volume much two volume brain MRIs in Osirix or Horos?

Hi everyone,

i am trying to figure this out and i can find no way of doing it. Lets say that you have a pre op and post op MRI brain of a patient (eg hydrocephalus, or tumour). 

How can i put these two scans side by side and volume match them (automatic MPR so that the slide angle etc automatically matches the other exam) in order to sync them afterwards and scroll through both of them at the same time.

I know that i can MPR a single exam and change the plane angles, or i can sync twio different exams but without MPR. How can i do both in order to accurately compare the two exams side by side?

Hi, I think that  you can do it on OsiriX, complaire two MPR’s and sync and scroll them at the same time, you can put the mdr windows side by side. You can’t do it on the normal plané because it doesn’t keep the axes correction.

On Horos you don’t have the option to scroll sync MPR’s.
