Open Access research in MENA

[Fiore, Steve]

Hi Folks - I just learned of this company, KnowledgeE (https://knowledgee.com/), through another organization in which I'm involved (Global Alliance for Inter- and Transdisciplinarity (ITD Alliance).  I saw that this company is involved in OA (see "Open Access research in MENA" https://knowledgee.com/virtual-symposium-oa-research-in-MENA).  I've never heard of them, so I was wondering if anyone on this list is familiar with them or recognize any of the names.

Yes, I know the CEO Kamran Kardan and a couple of people who have worked there. They are quite innovative with a number of different services - publisher agency, journal publisher, events organiser - and very pro-active in promoting scholarship from the region.
