Also, since we all still receive messages from pseudo-lawyers asking us to
help their clients get a couple zillion dollars inheritance through our
bank accounts, what is the real difference? the nature of the predatory
solicitation?

Predatory solicitations need a predator and victims - but in our cases,
the victims must certainly be aware that the solicitation is somewhat
strange, no?
