Undercover carport parking. I have a chilled out cat. You need only your own bed and a desk if required. House is furnished already so prefer someone with not much furniture. Mobile phone reception in most areas of home and wireless internet.

I am a seed saver with a seed saving group, property is 5 beautiful acres of organic parkland and gardens, with many unusual varieties of sustainable foods, fruits and flowers.

25 minutes to Byron, 30 to Lismore, 17 to Mullumbimby. Chilled out , tidy and clean person, N/S, N/D, Fully Employed and interested in a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

$180 per week plus $20 approx bills and Bond.
