A few options:

Tmobile 5G (60/month)

Verizon 5G (70/month)

Broadband (unknown - depends on what's already hooked up in the building. Would likely be more expensive than the 5G stuff for a business plan)

There's also the option of satellite internet, if landlord is willing to let us stick a satellite dish on the roof.

Anyone have any strong preferences?
