Day-to-day Processes

We should come up with processes for the following:

• Receiving donations (donor info, inspecting items, putting items into lend engine)
• Adding members to the tool library
• Checking out items
• Checking in items
• Item hold length (and processes on what to do when an item is late - calling people, etc.)
