Plans for bullet-sdk V3.x?

I am wondering if there are plans for osgBullet to support the next major release of the bullet SDK (V3.0)?  As I understand, the next major release of the physics SDK will largely use the GPU for collision detections rather than (mainly) the CPU?  Presumably, the newer version might allow for a much larger number of simultaneous collisions, thus my interest.

At this time, I haven't heard of anyone who intends to submit changes to osgBullet for this.

Have you looked into this sufficiently to have some idea of what changes would need to be made in osgBullet?
