Yes, and the last post I saw was about 4 hours ago. Two posts I've made
during that time have not appeared, as far as I can tell.

1) Just received a post from Mike Weiblen (subject: "osg at Siggraph") with
a date stamp 6 hours earlier than I received it.
2) Overall osg-users traffic is a trickle of what it normally is (maybe
everyone's on vacation?)
3) I posted a message with subject "test" at 22:13 UT; it is now 1/2 hour
later and it hasn't appeared in my inbox yet.
Not sure what the explanation is.

It does concern me that the Dreamhost server is overly contended, it
might be with a community the size of the OSG's that its just isn't
able to handle sending out all the posts, along with all the other
services that that same shared server provides.
I'd suggest waiting to see if things settle down, if they don't I can
contact Dreamhost and ask. It may be that we might have to up the
service level to a less contended server, this does more pennies
though.

It seems that the issues I'm seeing can't be explained by a busy server. I
think something else is to blame. Not sure what, though.
On the other hand, if it is an overly-contended server and you need to
upgrade, I'll point out that free email lists on Google appear to be working
just fine. It lacks some benefits though such as the ability to import
mailman archives, and other issues.
