关于文件系统源码编译

光盘后的chapter9/a下的重新编译可以运行
而chapter9/b 下如果使用本来的a.img可以运行，重新编译后，运行会出现 #UD并且 bochs 下会显示
HLT with IF=0
CMOV_GdEd: -enable-cpu-level=6 required

在bochs编译的时候加入  -enable-cpu-level=6
