Finally we have CiviCRM integration. It's necessary to make some
adjustments, but we can begin to play.

To access it, there are two new entries in Navigation menu: True Fans
(CiviCRM) and Donate (CiviCRM)

Now Lukasz can review how fits the theme with the new pages.
