OSDI: Vote now on Term Lengths - 1 yr or 2 yrs?

Hey OSDI gov -

We discussed on our last call the possibility of adding a term length for officers, both to encourage folks to take on positions by lowering the barrier and to allow for fresh faces / have a schedule for reviewing officer-ships.
Note: this would not be a term "limit", an officer could serve multiple terms.

We had some different ideas about what the length should be, since the term length proposal passed, we now have a follow up vote on the length itself - we landed on 1 year or 2 years. Please 🗳 on your preference here!
