Good talking to you at Roostcamp. I want to connect you with Brady Kriss, OSDI’s VP of Membership, and Sonya Reynolds, our esteemed Chair.
Brady, Sonya, Meet Jon Warnow from Relay, a peer to peer texting tool. (does anyone not know that by now? 😊)
OSDI is a great way to create Better interop with other systems and a great way to do that is to join OSDI!
Jon, Brady and Sonya can take it from here.

True. That material is geared more toward onboarding, navigating our structure and process etc.
Pitchy stuff would be the website, and the whitepaper. Still that’s all pretty verbose.
Here’s a riff on the content from the website:
The Open Supporter Data Interface (OSDI) effort defines an API and data structures for interoperability among products in the progressive cause-based, campaign and non-profit marketplace. The API defines resources representing people, donations, questions, tags, events, and many other relevant data types.
The existence of a common API will reduce customer costs related to moving data between different systems, lower integration costs and enhance the ability of innovators to create products for the marketplace.
OSDI is a democracy and level playing field whos membership is made up of progressive vendors and organizations as well as invited non-partisan and mainstream industry vendors.
