PHP coder - social network

Hey lists,

Anyone know a local (Bris/GC) php coder who has some free time to create a quick adult social network?
Profiles, searching, forums, webcam chat, subscriptions, sending messages/winks, etc..

Or anyone have experience customising one of the many free community apps out there (boonex dolphin etc..)?

The graphical design can be provided as a PSD or HTML/CSS package if you don't feel like designing it to the spec yourself.
Just after a quote and a rough time frame at this stage.
