After a quick google I found

FTP Client
https://savannah.nongnu.org/task/?7891

FTP Server
http://www.crowproductions.de/lwipdev_en.php/ftpd.zip

I haven't tried either of them....

That one was a socket FTP client, so not actually lwIP-related...

Didn't know that one, but it seems to be developed for lwIP 0.5.3, which might mean it could have problems with a current release. I'd love to try that when I find the time.
