Hi,

The structures eth_addr and eth_hdr are duplicate in ethip6.c and etharp.h. So, I am not able to compile LwiP source code with IPv4 and IPv6.

I'm using update code from http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/lwip.git, branch master.
