[Contiki-developers] cooja: there is a virtual serial port where I can send input and read output of one mote?

Hi,
I develope a java application that sends an input shell command to a serial port
where I connect a sensor and parses its incoming output. It works with real
sensors, but now I want to test the code with a simulate wsn in cooja. Is there
a virtual serial port where I can connect my code to send input and read output
of one simulted cooja mote?
If my question is not clear, please tell me and I'll try to wrute it better.
