Installing SU : 44R1

Good evening,

I am trying to install the SU 44R1 on a virtual machine using many linux distributions, and I am stuck with the following error :

make: ./chkroot.sh: Command not found
Makefile:76: recipe for target 'checkroot' failed
make: *** [checkroot] Error 127

with older versions i am able to install it without issues,
