unexpected velocity semblance !?

Hello all, before soon time I post my geometry setting  for seismic data that I have. Later I start processing it at velocity semblance step I get unexpected result that I could not explain it. so what they think the cause , is the geometry setting or something else.?

I will be thankful if some one guide me.
