[rsf-user] reproducible documents making DVI not PDF

Hello,

I did a fresh install of Madagascar on the ubuntu linux kernel of a windows machine using the latest madagascar build. In $RSFSRC/book/rsf/scons I tried to build the reproducible document, using:
 sftour scons lock

 scons

The output is only creating a DVI. I have never had this problem before. I followed the same process for installation on a linux-only machine, and the process generates a pdf output.

What might I have missed in my install?
