Dear Colleagues
It is interesting today everyone (world wide) is talking open source.
A number of projects have beeb introduced in last few years on open
access. See following link for UK policy on open access.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/science/2011/dec/08/publicly-funded-research-open-access

I remember, when Prof Brahmachari introduced concept of OSDD in
2007-2008, not too many people believes that open source in drug
discovery will succeeded. This is the major problem, if indian start a
concept before time our indian colleagues do not believe. Same time if
western world start any new concept our indian colleagues follow it
blindly. I am not sure how many years we will work as followers rather
than leaders. Their is a need to believe in our own leaders.

I hope India will produce more and more leaders who will think before
time and our indian community will follow them.

With best wishes

Raghava
