how to create a lyric with timing

Hi

I like osd-lyrics.

It is so easy and powerful that it really makes my PC(Ubuntu) like KARAOKE machine.

But I can not find some lyrics for some music.

So I would like to create a lyric myself and upload it, if possible.

Would you please advise a software to create a lyric with timing data.

When I creae it, where to upload it?

please advise or give me a hint.
