Hello!

I'm having some trouble running my models so I've turned meters into kilometers and specified a starting value for sigma (2) as suggested in another discussion on here. Just recently I used the collapse.k function to turn the model into a poisson one, but I keep getting these errors:

Important: Time varying trap covaraites are no longer useful.

Important: Traps have uequal effort, use 'offset(log.effort)' in detection model.

Warning messages:
1: In log(eff) : NaNs produced
2: In log(eff) : NaNs produced
3: In log(eff) : NaNs produced

and (paraphrasing) that the poisson model is selected but the capthist looks binary. I double checked all the capture histories within the scrframe before I run them and they all appear to be summed up with 1 column instead of 2.

Hi Asia, if you send me your files off list then I can try to help diagnose.
