Need Bugs and Feature requests.. for html based slideshows..

I am working on web-based slideshow and slidecasting techniques, you can send me all sort of problem related S5 and other html slideshow.. you have used.

Something like
* No History/Cookie support - reload load first slides.
* Removing click - Because clicking links or button inside slide will advance the slides..
* Separate navigation for incrementation and pageup/down to escape full page..
* On Spot Configuration panel to configure header/footer etc while Presentation..
* Incremental audio support (ogg).
* On Spot configuration panel for changing themes.. while Presentation..
* Support for Content Editing while Presentation..

Any other problem you have faced while using web based slideshows  ?
