Hi,

The GNU/Linux Users' Group of NIT Durgapur brings to you a three-day National level Tech-fest, called Mukti'11 (4th-6th February). This fest is an initiative of the GLUG of our college to promote Free/Open Source Software. Every year, we organize exciting events and workshops, where the participating students use Free/Open Source Software, learn about technology, and win prizes. We invite guest-speakers and FOSS enthusiasts to motivate students from ours as well as different colleges. We have various online competitions, where students can prove their mettle.

Please check out our website http://www.mkti.in/ for more details, and to know about our events.

We invite students and FOSS-lovers to  learn more, and grow fast. We also encourage those who haven't had much experience with FOSS before, as this will prove to be a good learning experience.

We are available at:

Group: http://groups.google.co.in/group/nitdgplug
IRC: Network FreeNode, channel #nitdgplug

Thank you.
