Installing OSCeleton

Hi everyone,
I just download OSCeleton and I don't have idea what to do next - https://github.com/Sensebloom/OSCeleton

I am working on window 7, Visual Studio C++ 2012 express or CodeBlocks, openFramworks and Processing

If someone can take me through the process I would appreciate it.

I know they say:

After OpenNI / NITE is working

Then you can run one of the precompiled binaries in the "bin" directory or compile your own

but I don't have any idea of which bin directory they are talking about or where to put OSCeleton file once I downloaded.
