Where can I find php_oscats.dll?

The INSTALL.win32 file references this file for the PHP binding. Could anyone point me to this dll?

For the PHP bindings:

- Place the php_oscats.dll file in your PHP extensions directory

  (e.g. C:\php5\ext).

- Load the extension with one of the following:

  - Add to php.ini: extension = php_oscats.dll

  - On the command line: -Dextension=php_oscats.dll

  - Dynamically in PHP code (see examples)

Hmm, looks like the PHP DLL didn't make it into the 0.6 binaries—I can't recall exactly why.  There's an older version in the 0.5 binary distribution; otherwise, you'll have to try compiling it yourself to use the PHP bindings with version 0.6, for now.
