OscaR-Minizinc setup

Hi, I have been trying to get OscaR work with MiniZinc. But no luck.

I have zero experience with Scala/Java.

Download link says "File has been deleted."

I then went to

http://www.it.uu.se/research/group/astra/software

and downloaded the oscar-cbls-flatzinc.zip

There was no setup.sh file.

Tried to setup MiniZinc with the .msc file. I'm getting the following error on MiniZinc IDE.

MiniZinc: internal error: Error occurred when executing FZN solver with command ""C:\\Users\\surya\\AppData\\Roaming\\MiniZinc\\solvers\\fzn-oscar-cbls" "C:\\Users\\surya\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\tmpDDE0.tmp.fzn"".
