A note from the listserv moderator about the current discussion regarding vaccinations:

• Civil conversations and participation is encouraged.

• Please identify the topic in the subject line so that people can choose if they want to read the posts.

• There are differences of opinion on this topic within OSC.

• There is a climate of respect that is expected on the listserv as well.

• If you disagree with something you read here, please challenge the message and not the messenger.  Challenge facts with facts. 

• Discussion and disagreement is one of the foundations of democracy. 

• Flaming will not be tolerated.

This is also a good moment to say that the weekly newsletter has not been as regular as it normally is lately due to personal reasons.  Focus on the newsletter is returning and the regular schedule is expected to resume shortly.  In the meantime, feel free to post Earth Action news articles directly to the listserv.
